Diet nutrition ... ...

Diet nutrition ... ...
Unhealthy diets are seen as a way of eating that leads to the body too much or too little food. The consequences are overweight or malfunctions. Nutrition in children is manifested primarily by fatigue, listlessness and lack of concentration, in older people with water retention.

To avoid malfunctions is appropriate to evaluate its power to control and correct the balance between carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Abolish products from their diet already pre supermarkets and consume, however, plenty of fruits and vegetables preferably raw, cooked because they lose most of the useful substances in the body.

Who consumes meals too quickly is likely to suffer digestive problems which is why you should eat calmly, savoring every morsel of food .... Beware of the salt that can promote and increase the already high pressure. The salt in excess, also aggravates the problem of water retention.
